We now offer in-house training for Thin-coat Spray Applied Plastering as opposed to on-site training, since the later is normally influenced by external factors often beyond our control.  So to gain the best from the training we give, we have established our own in-house training facility that can accomodate up to four trainees simulataneously.

The most popular course lasts for only a day, as this fast-track approach is all that is normally required for trades-people.  Those coming back into a site based environment or those who are new to being "on the tools", may need a more extended introduction to this field of plastering, for which we offer a tailor-made two day course, where we can give more attention to the skills that need further development.

Once trainees have completed our course they may either set themselves up as Spray Plastering contractors, become one of the subcontractors we use for our contracts or (so long as we have sufficient work on our books) become a directly employed (on-the-cards) by us employee - this last option is one we shall be pursuing throughout 2010 as we expand our operations.

Because Spray Plastering plant can be quite expensive for new trades-people starting up on their own, we have access to some second-hand plant from PFT & Hama, which we can supply directly.  If wanting to buy new we supply PFT Systems machines for all sorts of plastering & rendering applications, or we will recommend alternative plant.  We can also put you in touch with an external Asset Finance agency who can discuss finance routes for plant procurement.  All these details for Plant purchase can be found on our PFT Plant Sales website pages (presently under construction).

We shall continue with on-site training but only in special circumstances & by negotiation.

Recruitment:

Since we presently do not have directly employed sprayers, relying upon a readily available pool of trusted sprayers from both the UK and Europe, we are not presently seeking to employ sprayers "on the books" (i.e. as PAYE employers).  We are now expanding, receiving ever more work & enquiries, so this situation is likely to change fairly soo.  Please contact us to become aware of the present situation.

If we cannot take you on at this point in time, we will endeavour to find you employment with one of our competitors, with whom we have cordial relations.
