Spray Plaster Product Specifications
Alltek is available in a number of different grades, allowing specification for a variety of uses and on many surfaces. The technical product data for each grade is given below. Clicking on the underlined product will take you to that product's information & technical details.
Alltek Orange Superfine is a very fine graded filler and surfacing material which can be used over almost any interior surface to fill cracks, holes and undulations to improve the surface for final decoration. It can be used on all types of interior building surfaces, such as cement or gypsum plaster, concrete, building boards and old painted surfaces, and over other Alltek products.
Alltek Orange Superfine is normally used as the final coat over Alltek Fine when a very smooth surface is required. It is applied as a skim coating over the whole surface. Supplied ready-mixed, Alltek Orange Superfine is water-based and non-toxic, and contains no asbestos fibres or other harmful ingredients.
Application is made by spray, using a mono pump type spray machine or an airless spray unit similar to Hemo 10. Apply in one or more coats, with intermittent drying. Make a first filling of any larger damages and holes using Alltek Fine. When used on old painted surfaces, ensure that the adhesion of the old paint is good.
Alltek Orange Superfine can be used on semi-exterior surfaces with adding of 1 part Portland cement to 3 parts Alltek Orange Superfine, with some extra water added for consistency. It can also be sprayed as a decorative textured coating and can, on ceilings, be left without any further decoration or painting. Alltek Orange Superfine can also be diluted with a little water and applied by roller, comb and other modelling tools to achieve a decorative finish.

Alltek Blue Coarse is a spray-applied filler and levelling for use where thicker layers are required. Alltek Blue Coarse can be used over almost any interior surface to fill cracks, holes and undulations to improve the surface prior application of Alltek Fine. It can be used on aerated thermal concrete blockwork (e.g. Durox blocks) and on rough concrete surfaces in addition to thin joint cement/sandstone/gypsum blocks.
Alltek Blue Coarse is applied as a skim coating over the whole surface. Supplied ready-mixed, Alltek Blue Coarse is waterbased, non-toxic and contains no asbestos fibres or other harmful ingredients.
