RDA Building Solutions Ltd specialise in spray plastering Contracting, Training, Consultancy & Machinery Sales.  Although our role as PFT Systems distributor for the South Coast has only just begun, we are able to carry out in-house equipment demonstrations, sales & maintenance.  Plus we can supply all the parts & consumables required for the everyday use of PFT plastering & rendering plant.

As a Thin-coat spray plastering contractor we are approved by the two main players in Europe, Knauf & Alltek, to use their proprietary systems.  With the recent addition of a PFT G5 mixing-pump machine, we are now capable of spraying projection plasters like MP75, pre-mixed renders e.g. from the Weber range, plus Monocouche, hardwall plaster & premixed screeds etc.  This, together with our worm-pump machine, now gives us the capacity to machine apply plasters, renders & screeds onto every surface available within today's construction environment.

We are committed to offering customers in the UK these advanced methods of plastering & rendering, convinced that the future lies in these innovative & ultimately more sustainable methods.  Through our ongoing dedication to these techniques, we aim to increase market-place awareness, ensuring that the benefits enjoyed by other nations can be experienced within the UK too.

Furthermore, whilst we aim like many others to provide a comprehensive & professional service, our approach is to add a personal touch, something many larger companies cannot attain.

Our own commitment is backed-up with technical support & material warranties provided by Knauf & ICP-Alltek, the manufacturers of the materials we use.  In addition Insurance backed installation warranties are available upon request from the Federation of Master Builders, of whom we are members (for an additional fee).

We pride ourselves on giving, as far as practical, impartial advice on all aspects of Sprayed Plastering systems & equipment. 

Our in-house training facility is due to go live early in 2010, giving trainees a fast-track introduction into the world of Thin-coat Spray Applied Plastering.  Our course, over one or two days, aims to give trainees the ability to walk onto a site the following day, armed with a working knowledge of the skills & techniques required to work as a spray plastering tradesperson.

The short duration of the course demonstrates the relative ease of picking up this type of plastering's skill, with its length of one or two days designed to be geared to the trainees' own skills level.  Additional on-site support, in the form of a "follow-up" visit a few weeks after this course, plus provision of over the phone help & advice at anytime within the working day, should ensure the trainee has the necessary skills to become a reputable spray applied plastering tradesperson.

During 2010-11 we hope to add to our portfolio of services further with the introduction of an Interior Fit-out division. This is very much a "work-in-progress" venture that will evolve out of the contracting projects we work on in the coming few years.  Its need has followed several requests for us to take on associated work / trade packages when we have tendered for contracts over the last few years.
